1. What are the shipping methods and their charges?
1.1. Shipping by courier company
Delivery time: 1-3 working days from delivery to courier.
Shipping cost: 3,50 € for deliveries within Attica and 5,00 € for the rest of Greece. In inaccessible areas, orders are sent at a charge of 7,00 € (delivery time 3-5 working days).
For orders over 50 €, there is no cost.
The delivery time can be differentiated in case, for which the Company is not responsible (indicatively, due to adverse weather conditions, delivery in inaccessible areas, strikes, holiday periods, force majeure).
1.2. Collection from our store
You can pick up your order from our store, which is in Ioulida Kea.
2. What payment methods are available?
You can pay for your online order by choosing one of the following payment methods:
2.1. Debit or Credit card
You can pay for your order using a credit or debit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners, Discover & American Express credit or debit cards
2.2. Deposit to a bank account of the Company
You can pay for your order by depositing into the Company's bank account, which will be notified to you upon completion of your order.
2.3. Payment in the Store
As long as you have chosen to receive your order from the physical store of the Company, which is located in Ioulida Keas, you have the option to pay for your order upon receipt, in cash or by using a credit or debit card through an approved card acceptance terminal (EFT/POS)
3. How can I be sure that you have registered my order?
Upon placing the order, we send a confirmation email. If you cannot find it please check your Junk emails. Alternatively, please contact us.
4. How should I store my jewellery?
Products should be kept completely dry. Possible exposure to chemicals, polluted air and fragrances should be avoided. For more protection it is best to keep jewellery in different cases or canvas pouches like the ones we offer. To clean them you can use a soft cloth for the surface. Caution: polishing and shining creams/pastes should not be used as they can cause loss of its shine and “cloudiness”.
5. How can I repair a piece of jewellery that I have purchased from amarado.gr?
We suggest you contact us directly or visit our store in Ioulis, Kea.
6. How can I return or exchange an item I have purchased from www.amarado.gr?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please return the item you purchased within 14 days from the date of receipt. The return policy only applies to items purchased through www.amarado.gr. For more information please consult our online store Terms of Use.
7. Gift packaging
All our jewellery is delivered in minimal gift packaging consisting of lovely white boxes and a white paper bag. If you require more than one gift bag, please contact us.
