The website www.amarado.gr (hereinafter, the “Online Store”), is the online store, created and operated by the sole proprietorship “NEKTARIA SAITI”, located in Ioulida, Municipality of Kea Cyclades, P.O. These Terms of Use are intended to regulate the relations between the Company and any user who visits the Online Store, contracts with the Company and uses its services (hereinafter, the “Customer”). Any Customer who enters and transacts or uses the services of the Online Store is presumed to have knowledge of the Terms of Use and accepts them unconditionally. In the event that the Customer does not agree with all or part of the Terms of Use, the Customer shall, at his/her own risk, refrain from using the website in any way, including conducting transactions through the Online Store.

- Modification of the Terms of Use
The Merchant reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use, as well as any other rules governing the use of the Online Store at any time, at its sole discretion. Any change, modification or addition shall take effect immediately upon notification thereof, which shall be made by any appropriate means, in particular by means of an announcement on the home page of the Online Store. Any continued use of the Online Store by the Visitor after such notice of modification shall constitute unconditional acceptance of such changes and use of the website under the new terms and conditions. - Information and Services provided
The Merchant is responsible for the accuracy, completeness and validity of the information provided through the website www.amarado.gr, regarding the identity of the Merchant, the essential characteristics of the services and products provided through the E-Shop and their availability. The Merchant shall not be liable for errors that have occurred by mistake or unintentionally or due to force majeure and have escaped its attention, within the limits of good faith.
- Customer liability
The Client of the Online Shop agrees to use its services in accordance with the law, good morals and within the limits of good faith. Therefore, the Customer is obliged not to perform any acts or omissions that may cause damage to the Merchant or to third parties and assumes responsibility for any damage that may be caused to the Merchant by the improper or unlawful use of the services provided, and the Merchant reserves its rights from the aforementioned improper use, including its right to compensation from the Customer.
In addition, the Client is responsible for the accuracy and quality of the data he/she enters at any point of the Online Shop, and is obliged to prevent any unauthorized access to his/her account, if it comes to his/her attention. In this context, the Customer is fully responsible for any incorrect entry of his/her data, including the necessary payment details, such as, but not limited to, bank account number/debit/credit card number.
- Limitation of the Merchant’s Liability
The Company cannot provide any guarantee for the availability of products, although it makes every effort to inform consumers in a timely manner of their unavailability. The Merchant is liable only for fraud and gross negligence, in any case of delay in the delivery of ordered products, as well as for any form of damage suffered by the Customer during the use of the Online Shop, which he/she undertakes on his/her own initiative and having knowledge of these terms. Also, no responsibility is assumed for any technical problems during the entry or visit of the Customers to the website and during the visit. The Merchant bears no responsibility for acts or omissions of third parties and in particular unauthorized interventions of third parties in the products, services and information available through the Online Shop. The Merchant does not guarantee that the website, its services, options and contents will be provided without interruption and errors, for which it is only responsible for the immediate and fastest possible restoration. Furthermore, the Merchant is not liable for any incorrect entry of payment data, such as, but not limited to, the Customer’s bank account/credit/debit card number, nor in the case of interception of the aforementioned payment data, which may cause damage to the latter without any fault on its part.
- Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights
Apart from the expressly stated exceptions (copyright and trademarks of third parties, partners and entities), all the content of the Online Shop, including the name, the URL, the distinctive title, registered trademarks, images, graphics, photographs, drawings, texts, the services provided and generally all its files, are products of intellectual and industrial property, and are protected under the relevant provisions of national, European and international law.
None of the above may be sold, copied, modified, reproduced, republished, uploaded, transmitted or distributed in any way for commercial or other purposes, in whole or in part. Exceptionally, the strictly personal use of the above is permitted, excluding public or commercial use, without deleting the indication of their origin by the Merchant, provided that the relevant intellectual and industrial property rights are not in any way affected and subject to the prior written consent of the Merchant. It is not permitted to create and/or publish a database containing parts of the Online Shop without the prior express consent of the Merchant.
Any other services referred to in the Online Shop and bearing the trademarks of third parties are their intellectual and industrial property and therefore they are responsible for them.
- Security and Confidentiality of Transactions
The Merchant recognizes the importance of the security of the personal data of the Clients, as well as the electronic transactions carried out through the E-Shop, and takes all necessary measures using the most modern and advanced methods to ensure maximum security. All information related to the personal data and transactions of the Customers is secure and confidential. In order to safeguard the security of the above, the Merchant takes all necessary technical and organizational measures, such as the use of SSL (SecureSocketLayer) encryption technology for secure online commercial transactions, which is supported by the majority of browsers through which the Customer uses its services. With the SSL protocol, all of the Customer’s personal information, including banking details, name and address, is encrypted when it is entered at any point in the Online Store, so that it cannot be read or altered while being transferred online.
In order to carry out transactions, each Customer may create an account in the Online Shop, which requires a username and password. Only the Customer has access to the above data, and is solely responsible for maintaining their secrecy and not disclosing them to third parties. In case of loss or leakage of the data, the Customer must immediately inform the Company in order to cease any transaction under the above data, otherwise the Company bears no responsibility for the use of confidential data by an unauthorized person. Transactions carried out through the E-Shop are governed by all the provisions regulating both electronic commerce and commerce through a physical shop. All information transmitted by the Customer to the Merchant is confidential and its use is only to the extent deemed necessary for the provision of the services provided, as specifically set out in the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy of the Merchant. The Merchant does not disclose the details of Clients and their transactions, unless it has a written authorization from them or this is required by law, by a court decision or decision of another public authority. For the safety of Clients, it is recommended that they handle all information provided through the Electronic Shop as confidential and secret and not to disclose it to third parties.

- Buy products – Price list
The aim of the Business is to provide you with a high quality service in relation to the value offered. The prices of our products are set by the Merchant, are clear, additional charges and the calculated value added tax (VAT) are detailed and may change without notice if necessary. However, cases of errors in the prices, characteristics and availability of the products provided to you through the Online Shop cannot be excluded. - Sending newsletters
The electronic information material (newsletters) which the Company sends from time to time is its intellectual property and is therefore protected by the relevant provisions of Community and national legislation and international conventions. The Merchant reserves the right not to include a person on the mailing lists or to remove him/her from them. In order for the Customer to receive the Merchant’s electronic information material, he/she expressly grants his/her consent in the relevant fields, which have been created in sections of the Online Shop for this purpose, by providing his/her full name, e-mail address and telephone number (optional) to the Merchant, which are protected in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy. The User’s data is not shared with third parties, unless the User gives his/her consent to do so. The data will be retained until the user’s consent is withdrawn, who has the right to withdraw his/her consent at any time by unsubscribing electronically from the newsletter sending service. - Violation of the Terms of Use
In any case of violation of these Terms of Use, users will be liable to compensation for any positive and / or consequential damage to the Merchant. Failure by the Merchant to exercise its rights under these Terms of Use does not imply a waiver of these rights. The Merchant expressly reserves the right to supervise the application of these rules at its sole discretion. The then current Terms and Conditions, as well as any modification thereof, are governed by Greek law. For the resolution of any dispute arising in relation to this website and everything mentioned on it, the Courts of the place of the Company’s headquarters shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
In the event that any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, unenforceable or non-binding, you shall continue to be bound by all other provisions herein. In such event, the invalid provision will apply to the extent permitted by applicable law and you will at least agree to accept a result similar to that of the invalid, unenforceable or non-binding provision given the content and purpose of these Terms.

- MEANS OF DELIVERY
13.1 Delivery by courier company.
Delivery time: 1-3 working days from delivery to the courier.
Delivery cost: 3,50 € for deliveries within Attica and 5,00 € for the rest of Greece. In inaccessible areas, orders are sent at a charge of 7,00 € (delivery time 3-5 working days).
For orders over 50 €, there is no cost.
The delivery time can be differentiated in case, for which the Company is not responsible (indicatively, due to adverse weather conditions, delivery in inaccessible areas, strikes, holiday periods, force majeure).
13.2. Pick up from the store
You can collect your order from the physical store of the Company, which is located in Ioulida Kea.

You can pay for your online order by choosing one of the following payment methods:
14.1. Use of Credit or Debit Card
You can pay for your order using a credit or debit card. We accept credit or debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners, Discover. The Customer is charged only after successful completion of the verification and certification of the registered data and their validity. The approval and acceptance of the order takes place after the above check. For payment by credit or debit card, the Customer is automatically directed to a secure website of the cooperating bank Nexi e-commerce, for the entry of the credit or debit card details, and the transactions are completed in the secure online environment of the Bank. The Customer’s data are collected directly by the Bank without any intervention by the Merchant, who never gains access to them.
The Customer is solely responsible for the correct entry, truth and validity of the credit card or debit card data used. In the event of incorrect entry of the data or their misuse, the Merchant shall not be held responsible. For any dispute or question regarding charges on his credit or debit card, the Customer should address directly to the Bank that issued the card.
14.2. Deposit to a bank account of the Company
You can pay for your order by depositing it in a bank account of the Company, which is communicated to you upon completion of your order. After completing the bank deposit, please send us the relevant proof by e-mail to [email protected] in order to be informed of the payment and proceed with the preparation of your order. The process of sending the ordered products starts after the amount of the transaction appears in the bank account of the Company.
14.3. Payment in the store
If you have chosen to receive your order from the physical store of the Company, which is located in Ioulida Kea, you have the option to pay for your order upon receipt, in cash or using a credit or debit card through an approved card acceptance terminal (POS).
- RETURN POLICY
15.1. Withdrawal
The Customer is entitled to withdraw within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Product without stating the reason for withdrawal, subject to the conditions set out below:

- The Product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase, must be in the condition in which it was delivered, with all the contents of its packaging, without any damage, without the packaging and labels having been removed or destroyed.

For the return you will be charged a shipping cost of 5,00 €. In the case of delivery at our physical store, you will not be charged any additional costs.
If the above conditions are met, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the return of the products, we will refund the amount of the transaction to a bank account that you will indicate to us.
15.2 Return/replacement of defective product (legal guarantee)
The Merchant undertakes to deliver to the Customer the products with the agreed properties, as presented through the Online Shop and without actual defects.
In the event that the product is found to be defective or lacking any of its properties, the Customer is entitled to return it and request repair or replacement of the product or a refund, subject to the following conditions:

- The product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase and must be in the condition in which it was delivered, with all the contents of its packaging, unless the packaging had to be removed in order to detect the defect.
